Install updates
Please, first download and install the latest version of the app, to be sure we haven't already fixed the issue/bug you found!
Restart the device
If you still got problems after installing the update, please restart your device, as this can solve a bunch of non app-related issues.
Redownload the app
Redownload, and reinstall the application! Beware, if you remove the app from the device, your saved data will also be erased!
